From January 28 through February 4, 2009 Manmin Central Church welcomed two Russian visitors Rev. Evgeniy Smirinskiy, Director of the Russian Restoration Mission Center, and Pastor Oleg Dyachenko, Senior Pastor of the Morning Star Church. They have worked in cooperation with Rev. Vladimir Osipop, Russia Director of the United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ. The two visitors were interested in many powerful works of God manifested at Manmin and had a special meeting with Senior Pastor Jaerock Lee concerning successful ministry. They attended various worship services and Daniel Prayer Meetings. They also accompanied a few pastors who were visiting church members' homes and holding cell services. They culminated their visit with a trip to Muan Manmin Church, the site of the miracle of Muan Sweet Water, and dipped themselves into the water 7 times.
