Hosted by Manmin International Seminary (MIS; Dr. Esther K. Chung, President) at the invitation of local pastors and ministers, "The Church Leaders' Seminar on the First Anniversary of the 2006 New York Crusade" took place July 19-21, 2007, at El Elyon Church (Rev. Ricardo Reyes, Senior Pastor) in New York City.
Dr. Esther K. Chung, the Main Speaker at the Seminar, lectured on "The Message of the Cross," a message of salvation, and participants confessed to have been captivated in grace by messages of great spiritual depth.
The Seminar was broadcast live in English and Spanish throughout the United States and Latin America on Radio Alerta, numerous other radio stations, television, and the Internet.
