Nepali Branch Churches' United Retreat

Nepali Branch Churches' United Retreat was held under the title of 'Trust' in Kakani International Training Center near Katmandu from October 5th to 7th. Ten pastors and around 150 church leaders from 11 branch churches took part in the retreat.
Pastor Grace Lee of Manmin Mission Center in Nepal delivered the message with the title, 'The Nine Forms of Evil We Have to Cast Away to Stand on the Rock of Faith.' There were other programs such as 'The Way to New Jerusalem' seminar, the video presentation of 'Heaven and Hell', and 'Fullness of the Holy Spirit Prayer Meeting'.
Pastor Bhakta Gajmer, Hosanna Agape Church (Jhapa area-eastern Nepal) said, "I listened to the very precious message and had a great opportunity to look back on my past Christian life." He continued to testify to the blessings that he had received through the ministry of Manmin. Pastor Ramesh Subba (Ilam area-eastern Nepal) said with emotion, "The training programs were simple, but we would have been hard pressed to complete them without spiritual strength." There were also other participants who said that they received courage and new spiritual strength through the retreat.

Pastors' Training Seminar in Thailand

From October 19th to 20th, a Pastors' Training Seminar was held for pastors of Manmin's branch churches in the northern Thailand. It was held in Chai Prakan Manmin Church and led by Missionary Jaewon Lee ministering to Chiang Rai Manmin Church and Pastor Nananikom Kaseng who has translated Dr. Lee's books into Lahu language. They gave a lecture on the subjects; message of the cross, the measure of faith, the Holy Spirit, prayer, and true servants. After the lecture on prayer, Missionary Jaewon Lee prayed for the sick with the handkerchief on which Dr. Lee had prayed (Acts 19:11-12). The local pastors in attendance were so touched and confessed, "I have never heard of such a great message." They made up their minds to become true pastors. For the record, over 94% of Thai population is Buddhist.
